“I Am A Black Woman (IAABW)” is a compilation of real-life stories written by women of color baring their painful life experiences and how they were able to rebuild their shattered lives. Gritty and absorbing, it hopes to inspire a strong sense of resilience among women going through some of life’s toughest challenges.

The "IAABW" project transitioned into a well-needed movement that aspires to create a high level of cohesiveness between women of color and create a support system for black women all across America.

The book, I Am A Black Woman gathers 12 Authors united by the desire to help out other women overcome pain, hurt, abandonment, divorce, single motherhood, and financial devastation. Although the personal experiences recorded run the spectrum from traumatic to triumphant, each author emerges from their story as strong-willed conquerors!
